Sales Representative – PA – NJ Market

Position: Sales Representative
Job Summary:Â As a Sales Representative for LW Flooring, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by promoting and selling our extensive range of flooring products and services to customers in the Mid-Atlantic Market. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about flooring, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and engaging potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our flooring products and their applications.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to establish sales goals and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role in the flooring industry.
- Knowledge of various flooring types, installation methods, and industry standards is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
